8th Annual Living Mark

A person can work and work (or work … annnnd …… work) and it’s all well and good. Creation and self-fulfillment are part of life. But that part of life that we social animals really like is being recognized. Like, out on the street, “Hey, I know you!” Or namaste – ‘the light in me sees the light in you’ – and definitely in the world of making something and putting it out there. For someone else to pick that thing up and say, “I recognize something in this.” THAT’S the thing.

Happy to have two pieces in the 8th Annual Living Mark show at Verum Ultimum Gallery, juried by Richard Speer. Below is one of those pieces. The show starts May 1st 2021.

“Never Be Mine” 6″ x 6″
